Sean, runs an animal feed, seed, fertiliser and ag chem supply business in Kilkenny - Ireland, which includes a machinery sales division selling equipment to both the domestic and export markets.
Nigel has worked in service and sales for tractor manufacturers Case IH and John Deere before joining the dealer network selling John Deere, JCB and New Holland, so has great experience and a passion for these products.
Both, having grown up on family farms, understand the demanding nature of agriculture and how, as farms grow and evolve, so too does the machinery requirements in order to be as efficient and productive as possible. Nigel and Sean personally select machines from across the UK and Ireland to be sold world wide with one guiding principle - that they will not buy in a machine to sell on, which they would not feel happy buying for themselves.
WHITEWORTH MACHINERY LTD can buy and sell in a dynamic way between these two business partners, with machinery moving easily between the UK and Europe depending on need, product demand and exchange rate advantage, ultimately delivering superior products and value for both domestic and export customers.

Whiteworth Machinery is based at Hill Farm, just off the A49 north of Shrewsbury. It's a working farm, primarily rearing replacement heifers for a local dairy farm. This gives opportunity to test many of the machines prior to re-sale.
Visits to the farm are strictly by appointment only.
